Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing for international shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Griz Fit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
